Returns and Refunds

Although we always want our customers to be happy with their order, we understand that under some circumstances returns may be required. Please return parts in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Parts will be inspected once received and a refund issued if the criteria are met.

• Items which are damaged on arrival must be notified within 48 hours. We kindly request images and any delivery information from the courier (left in safe place for example) to help with any claims.
• If a delivery is failed through no fault to the courier and/or D.A Wootton and Sons (Salvage) LTD, any costs will be billed prior to re-delivery attempts.
