Warranty

All parts supplied to customers are covered by a 90 day warranty.

In the event of parts failure, a replacement part will be supplied. If we do not stock a replacement, or cannot find a replacement  in a reasonable timeframe then the item will be refunded.

• Original Invoice & Purchase Date must be produced for all refunds/replacements.
• Refunds/Replacements will only be processed if parts are returned as supplied with all security measures visible
• Engine warranties are only valid when fitted with new belts (drive & auxillary), oil, filters and spark plugs if applicable.
• Electrical parts cannot be returned/refunded as damage could be caused due to faults in vehicles.
• Warranty does not cover Oils, Seals, Belts, Gaskets and Water Pumps.
• D.A Wootton and Sons (Salvage) LTD will not cover or reimburse any labour costs and/or charges involved with fitting, removal and changing of parts supplied.
• D.A Wootton and Sons (Salvage) LTD will not refund/replace any part which has been dismantled or has anti-tamper measures removed.
• No liability will be accepted for damage to parts and/or persons/vehicles from incorrect fitting. Please always use competent and trained personnel for all parts installations.
